A certified compartmentalisation valve must also be installed if a filter with vent membranes is necessary to protect against explosive dust. This valve prevents the explosion from reaching the department through the suction duct. In these cases, we choose the certified component with the right characteristics from our suppliers. These valves, called flaps, are certified as a protection system according to EN16447:2014.
