Suction and filtration system for oil vapours produced during cold moulding processing.
The system has been designed to suction from 30 machines working with a contemporaneity of 80% for a total flow rate of 40,000 m3/h.
A centrifugal fan with a 45 kW motor guarantees the flow rate by expelling clean air outside the building through a chimney measuring 1,000 mm in diameter.
The metal support structure was also included in the system’s supply. The electrical panel is equipped with an inverter and a pressure transducer capable of varying the flow rate depending on the operating machines.
